Mother’s Day is quickly approaching. This week’s Soul Food for Friday is in honor of all the great moms who love us, care for us, believe the best in us, and most of all lead us to the God who blessed us with them.

  1. I loved the Spanish proverb about “an ounce of mother.” Most of the quotes were new to me but the Elizabeth Stone was one I’d read before. I know it’s so true (even if I’m a father and not a mother).
